Pollen worked alongside the new artistic director, board of directors and support team to shine a spotlight on a beloved but struggling grass roots arts organization. We helped reposition this semi-amateur, seasonal touring company as a professional, year-round theatre company with a rejuvenated mission and vision, brand identity, website, social media accounts, public relations tools, and promotional, sales and fundraising materials. Pollen also mentored staff to take on more responsibility for PR, marketing, and day-to-day social media management activities.
