    Christine is a savvy marketer, entrepreneurial spirit and artist that has guided the development and evolution of many world-class companies and brands.

    Christine brings extensive agency experience working as an account director in the advertising and corporate communications field with brands including La-Z-Boy, Manulife, Siemens and Quaker.

    When she struck out on her own over 30 years ago, her mission was to create an agency better focused on client needs. One that would streamline inefficient processes, find innovative ways to deliver better results from client budgets, and encourage more collaboration among team members – from strategy to creative development to execution.

    Today as founder and creative director of Pollen Communication, she has built a reputation for problem-solving, excellence in process management, and delivering results above all else – working alongside her talented team of communications professionals.

    With a background in art and design, Christine has a keen eye for the aesthetic, but also for the narrative, always ensuring that the message is meaningful to the audience. Christine has extensive experience helping clients solve business problems and communicate complex concepts that audiences can relate to.

    Her clients appreciate her ability to quickly grasp what needs to be done to keep projects on-time and on-budget, while artfully managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.

    With her team-based, results-oriented approach, she has delivered gold-standard campaigns for organizations, as well as conceptualized and managed fledgling brands that were sold for millions of dollars after working with Pollen. This includes Agribiotics, RMT Robotics, Kiju Organic, and Elmira Poultry, to name a few.

    As both a strategic and creative expert at Pollen for over 15 years, Harp Arora brings broad expertise in brand strategy, research, writing and social media.

    She helps organizations get noticed and create impact with communications – in both the digital and offline space. Harp offers a unique and well-rounded perspective, drawing from abundant experience in the corporate, academic, and agency worlds.

    Before launching her own consultancy in 2003, Harp held several corporate marketing roles – most recently as Director of Marketing Communications at a Fortune 500 financial services firm.

    With a knack for bringing clarity to complex issues, she dives into the deeper questions that uncover bigger insights and create better results. Her ideas are grounded in theory, tested in reality, and delivered powerfully.

    Harp has taught a broad range of marketing and branding courses in University of Waterloo’s and Wilfrid Laurier University’s undergrad and MBA programs.

    She holds an MBA, a BA in Psychology, and 2 social media certifications.
