Working closely with the owner, Pollen helped realize his vision for a bone broth brand. At the time (2016), there were only local bone broth makers in Canada and no major national competitors to speak of. Pollen played a crucial role in securing national retailer support, building brand awareness among consumers via social media, and helping drive retail sales. After its initial success in Canada, the brand expanded into the US market with the launch of an instant bone broth available for purchase both online and in retail stores. Pollen continues to play a role in the brand’s brand’s digital marketing efforts, including social media management, Google advertising to its Shopify site, and support for its Amazon store.
